From my personal experience, it's usually because of a ToS violation or a flagged transaction. Contact support; they can clarify.
It could be due to a terms of service violation or an issue with the group鈥檚 account. Roblox doesn't just randomly take robux without a reason!
They probs violated some rule or someone was being sketchy. Check the group鈥檚 logs!
Roblox might have removed the robux due to a refunded purchase or chargeback. It's worth contacting Roblox support for more details.
