Contact Epic Games support if you're having issues. They are usually pretty quick to resolve V-Bucks problems.

Double-check that your Fortnite Crew subscription is active and you've paid for the current month. Sometimes the V-Bucks can be delayed, so try restarting the game and checking again!

Make sure you're on the right platform! Your V-Bucks might not show up if you're playing on a different platform from where you joined the Crew.

Just wait a bit. I had the same issue and my V-Bucks appeared after a couple of hours.
