People hate Ichigo because she confessed her love to Hiro at the worst possible time, and it really messed up the dynamics between the characters.

Her actions came off as possessive and manipulative, especially when she tried to separate Hiro and Zero Two for her own feelings.
Ichigo tries to come between Hiro and Zero Two, and everyone loves Zero Two way too much to be okay with that.
Honestly, Ichigo was just trying to protect Hiro, but her methods and timing were... not great.
