Honestly, it loads fine for me. Just got an SSD and it's like night and day. Upgrade your hardware, and you won't have time to grab a snack between loads anymore.
It's all about the mods, buddy. If you've got a ton of them, Fallout 4's gonna take its sweet time loading. Keep your mods in check, and you'll see those load times drop.
