It's likely a connection issue. Check your internet, reset your router, and maybe sacrifice a rubber chicken to the WiFi gods.

I had the same problem, and it turned out to be due to background apps hogging resources. Try closing apps you don't need and see if that helps.

Fortnite crashes when joining a party can be due to several issues, from outdated graphics drivers to corrupted game files. Make sure everything's updated, and consider verifying your game files in the Epic Games launcher!

A hot take: Fortnite's just catching up on sleep. Verify your game files or reinstall for a wake-up call.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
