I had the same issue, turned out my GPU was overheating. Try cleaning out dust or check if your fans are working properly.
You might wanna check your in-game settings. Lowering the graphics settings can sometimes stop the flashing if your system is struggling.
Could be a problem with your monitor or its connection. Try reseating the cable or using a different monitor to see if it helps.
Just uninstall and reinstall the game. Fixes a lot of random issues. Worked for me!
