It's because the game prefers to run in fullscreen mode by default. Fullscreen helps with performance and gameplay fluidity. If it bothers you, you can usually toggle it off in the game's settings or by hitting a key like F11 or Alt+Enter, depending on your setup.

Fullscreen is the way to go, honestly. Gives you that epic gaming vibe. But if you're not about that life, just check the settings. Maybe there's an option to play in windowed mode.

Geometry Dash likely goes into fullscreen mode automatically to offer you the best gaming experience by making the most of your screen's real estate. This way, you get immersed in the game without any distractions. Plus, those spikes and obstacles are much easier to see in fullscreen!

I don't get why anyone wouldn't want it in fullscreen. It's the superior way to play any game, especially something as visually stunning as Geometry Dash.

If you're a Geometry Dash player looking for extra stars or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Geometry Dash essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
