I've had this issue and found that using a USB power adapter instead of the TV's USB port solved the problem.
Sometimes, poor Wi-Fi signals can cause your Roku to get confused and keep rebooting. Try moving it closer to the router.
Your Roku might be overheating, causing it to reboot. Try moving it away from other electronics or giving it some air!
