Your Roku might be in need of a firmware update. Go to Settings > System > System update and see if that helps.

Had the same issue! Turned out it was the HDMI CEC settings on my TV. Try disabling them in your TV settings.

Could be a faulty power adapter. Swap it with another one if you have a spare.

Make sure your Roku isn't overheating or having a power connection issue. Try a different outlet and check the power cord!
