When you use Spotify and Discord together, make sure you don't have voice activity detection enabled in Discord. It pauses Spotify because it thinks you're talking.

Sometimes, Discord's 'activity status' can interfere with Spotify. Disable that in user settings and see if it helps.

Spotify might pause if you're streaming music on both platforms at the same time. Try closing Spotify on other devices!

Your Spotify might keep pausing if you're using it on multiple devices at once. Make sure to check and log out from other devices.

It could be because of game activity. If you're playing a game that mutes background music, it might be affecting Spotify through Discord.
