Why Does My War Thunder Launcher Keep Popping Up?

This can also be caused if War Thunder is set to auto-update. Go into the game settings and make sure auto-update is turned off.

Had the same issue! Turns out it was my antivirus not playing nice with War Thunder. Added it to the exceptions list and problem solved.
