I had this happen too; I found that clearing the cache by holding the power button for 10 seconds fixed it.

Could be a scratched disc if you're installing from a physical copy. Check the disc for any damage.

Had the same issue last week - turns out my disc was scratched! Make sure your game disc is clean and undamaged.

Make sure there's enough storage on your Xbox One. Sometimes it stops if it can't find enough space.
