PETA's beef with Cooking Mama is that the game includes recipes that involve cooking meat, which they think normalizes animal cruelty. Talk about taking things a bit too seriously!

As a vegetarian, I get where PETA's coming from, but I still think Cooking Mama is just harmless fun. It's a game, not a cooking class.

PETA had an issue with Cooking Mama because they felt it promoted the use of meat and animal products in cooking. They even created a parody game called 'Cooking Mama: Mama Kills Animals' to highlight their concerns about animal cruelty.

Because PETA thinks Cooking Mama promotes animal cruelty by including recipes with meat. Seems a bit overcooked if you ask me.

If you're a Cooking Mama player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Cooking Mama essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
