It's probably just a server issue. Roblox servers sometimes go down for maintenance or unexpected issues. You can check the Roblox status page to see if that's the case.
Maybe it's just a bug or glitch. I once had to reinstall Roblox to get it working again. Annoying, but it did the trick!
Make sure your internet connection is stable. It sounds simple, but a weak or unstable connection can cause Roblox to not work properly.
