Tekken's prize money is relatively low because it's a niche fighting game compared to giants like Fortnite or Dota 2. But hey, it's quality over quantity, right?

Because Bandai Namco is holding out on us! But seriously, it's likely due to the size of the competitive community and sponsorship availability.

The prize money can be lower as the fighting game community, while passionate, is smaller than some other eSports communities. Tekken fans are hardcore though!

It's simple: Tekken doesn't have the same mainstream appeal or sponsorship dollars as some other eSports. Still, it's a blast to play!
