Clear the cache for the game. For some reason, this fixes half the issues in most mobile games!

If you have an old device, it might just be struggling with newer updates. Try lowering the graphics settings.

Hate to say it, but sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the game is the best fix. But don't forget to save your progress!

It usually crashes cuz there's too many apps running in the background. Close some and restart your device!

Make sure your game and device OS are updated. Old versions can cause issues!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
