Funimation has both subbed and dubbed versions of Attack on Titan. If it's not showing up, make sure your settings aren't defaulting to dubbed.

If you can't find the subbed version, it might be a temporary glitch. I had the same problem once, but it fixed itself in a day!

Funimation actually does have Attack on Titan subbed! Sometimes it can be tricky to find, but just double-check under the language options.
