Sometimes streaming rights are exclusive to certain platforms. Try looking on Crunchyroll, they usually have all the seasons.
Licensing can be tricky and unfortunately, Funimation might not have the rights to stream Season 2. Crunchyroll should have you covered!
Honestly, it could just be a classic case of licensing snafus. Give Crunchyroll a shot; I've watched all the seasons there without a hitch!
