I reckon it's an Epic Games exclusive. Seems like Epic's throwing money at devs for that sweet, sweet exclusivity. Steam will just have to wait.
Could be that the devs are focusing on other platforms first. Not every game lands on Steam right away, or at all. Timing and strategy, folks!
