Sometimes it鈥檚 just a glitch. Refresh the page or clear your browser cache, and you should be good to go.
Happened to me too! Facebook sessions tend to expire after a certain period for security reasons. Just log back in and you're good to go.
Maybe your internet connection got a hiccup. Log back in and see if it happens again. If it does, try resetting your router.
