I've had this issue before, and reinstalling the Netflix app worked for me. Just go to the channel, press the * button, and select 'Remove channel.' After that, go to 'Streaming Channels' and add Netflix back again.

Check if your Netflix app needs an update. Go to the Roku Home screen, find the Netflix channel, and press the * button to see if there's an update available.

First thing to try: Restart your Roku and see if that fixes it. Sometimes, all it needs is a little nap!

Too many devices using the same Netflix account might also cause this issue. Try logging out of other devices you aren鈥檛 using and see if that helps.

Make sure your Roku is connected to the internet. Check the connection in the settings, and maybe give your router a quick reboot for good measure!
