Check your internet connection. If the WiFi is down, Netflix isn't going to work. Try reconnecting or restarting your router.

Maybe the Netflix app needs an update. Go to the Roku home screen, highlight Netflix, press the * button, and look for update options.

Once I had this issue, and reinstalling the Netflix app worked like a charm. Remove it from Roku, restart your device, then reinstall the app.

Sometimes, all your Roku needs is a good ol' restart! Unplug it, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. Voila!

Try logging out of Netflix and logging back in. Sometimes the app just gets a little lazy!
