Honestly, it could just be the Roblox servers being slow. They've got a lot of avatars to handle!
Make sure you're hitting the 'Save' button after making changes. Not saving is like trying to eat soup with a fork鈥攋ust doesn't work!
Try updating your avatar on a different device. Sometimes the issue is specific to the device you're using.
Sometimes the server just needs a minute to catch up. Try logging out and logging back in, or better yet, give it some time and check back later!
