Make sure you don't have a hundred Chrome tabs open while playing. Your PC might be struggling with too many processes at once.
I had the same issue and lowering the graphics quality in Roblox settings worked wonders for me!
It might be time for a graphics update! Try updating your video card drivers and see if that helps.
Maybe it's just your router taking a coffee break. Rebooting it can sometimes fix lag issues.
