I've had this issue too. I fixed it by moving my router closer to my Roku. Those walls can be sneaky gremlins.
Roku's pretty responsive to updates. Ensure both your Roku and router firmware are up-to-date.
Check if your internet is down. Sounds silly, but it happens!
