Look at the network settings on your Xbox. Make sure it's set to the right WiFi network and see if it needs a firmware update.
It might just be your internet. Try connecting another device to your WiFi to see if it's the network or the console.
One time, my cat messed with the ethernet cable. Make sure your cables aren't loose or damaged!
