Make sure you're using the right login info and check if the servers are down! Sometimes it’s just a glitch on Niantic’s end.

I've had this happen before. Logging out and back in, or reinstalling the app worked for me!

It could be your internet connection. Give your Wi-Fi or mobile data a reboot and try again.
