Sometimes VC doesn't work if you have a poor internet connection. Try restarting your router and see if that helps.
Could be a microphone issue. Try unplugging and replugging your microphone, or double-check the input settings on your device.
From my experience, sometimes it's just a server issue. Give it a bit of time and try again later.
VC issues? Make sure you've given Roblox permission to access your microphone through your device settings. Worked for me!
