It could be a server issue on Roblox's end. Check their status page to see if there are any outages.
If it's still not working, you can try reinstalling Roblox. Sometimes files get corrupted and a fresh install helps.
I had the same problem, but updating my Roblox app solved it. Make sure you're on the latest version!
Have you tried turning it off and on again? Seriously, it works most of the time.
