Check if Spotify is being blocked by your antivirus software. It sometimes gets a bit too protective!
Hot take: Sometimes updates break things. Roll back to a previous version if possible!
For me, clearing the cache fixed it. Navigate to C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage and delete the contents.
First, try the old classic: turning your computer off and on again. If that doesn't work, reinstall Spotify.
