Tears of the Kingdom is absolutely epic, don’t listen to the haters. Some people just want to watch the world burn - or in this case, give bad reviews without a real reason. The game’s massive world and innovative gameplay outshine any minor issues.

Honestly, it’s a mix of reasons. Some gamers are upset about the price tag, feeling it’s too high for a video game, even one as hyped as Tears of the Kingdom. Others are taking issue with the game’s performance on the Nintendo Switch, citing occasional framerate drops which they feel shouldn’t happen given the console's capabilities and the game's premium. And, of course, there's a small but vocal group that just enjoys hopping on the bandwagon of negativity for the sake of it. Despite these criticisms, it's crucial to remember the overwhelming positive reception it's received from both critics and the majority of players.

Review bombing? More like a few loud folks having a moment. The game is a masterpiece, period.

If you're a Legend of Zelda player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
