Honestly, it's all about the hype. Charizard has always been one of the faces of Pokemon, so naturally, its card gets a lot of attention. Rarity? Sure, but the demand is what really drives its rarity through the roof.

Charizard's rarity isn't just about how many cards were printed. It's a cultural icon, and its first editions are highly sought after. Got lucky and pulled one from a pack when I was a kid. Never letting it go!

Charizard cards are rare because they're super popular, everyone loves Charizard! He's like the dragon everyone wants in their deck, not to mention he looks super cool. Plus, the original Charizard card from the base set had a limited print run, which means there aren't too many of them out there. Collectors go crazy for them!

They made fewer Charizard cards back in the day, and now everyone wants one. Simple supply and demand.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
