It's possible the game detects your IP incorrectly. Reset your router or contact support if the issue persists.
The Division 2 might be placing you on European servers if your connection or latency to those servers is better, or if there aren't enough players in your region at that time. You can manually change your server in the game settings if needed.
Timezone and player activity can affect server placement. You might be on EU servers because more players are active there during your playtime.
