They gotta translate, dub, and sometimes censor stuff! That's a lot of work, so it takes time.
Licensing issues, translation, and dubbing can all slow down the release. Patience, young padawan!
It's always been like this. Get used to it or learn Japanese!
From my experience, the delay helps maintain quality. Better late than poorly dubbed!
