I've played it extensively, and trust me, the mature themes and dark humor definitely justify the M rating. It's a wild ride, but not for the younglings.
Honestly, it's because they want adults to have fun too. The humor can get pretty dark and the violence is on another level!
The game features strong language, violence, and drug use. It's not exactly kid-friendly material.
