Fortnite updates the item shop daily, usually between 7-8 PM EST. If you don't see anything, the shop might be updating! Just wait a few minutes and try again.
This topic has been brought up before, it鈥檚 probably just a bug. The shop items should reappear soon.
Epic Games might be rolling out new content or making changes. Patience, young padawan!
This happened to me once! I waited a bit, restarted Fortnite, and the items showed up. Hope that works for you too!
