Why is There Only One Season of Blue Exorcist?
There is another season called Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga, but it can be confusing 'cause it's like a direct continuation and not a whole 'new' season.

Yep, it's easy to miss but Blue Exorcist does have a second season, named Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga. Give it a look!
Honestly, the reason is probably just marketing and planning. They did come out with Kyoto Saga, so it's more of a second arc.
