Why is Twelve so bad in Street Fighter 3rd Strike?
It's those janky hitboxes! His normals and specials don't connect right, making him a pain to play effectively.

Twelve is just misunderstood! Sure, he's not top-tier, but with the right strategy, he can be a slippery and unpredictable opponent.
Low-tier characters need love too! But yep, Twelve's limited offensive options make winning harder. It's a challenge for experts.
Twelve's damage output is laughably low, and he can't really combo much, which leaves him vulnerable against stronger characters.
He's not bad. You've just gotta 'git gud.' Low combos don't mean he's doomed!
