In Assassination Classroom, working in school is bad because the students are tasked with assassinating their teacher rather than focusing on regular studies. It's not exactly the typical school experience when your homework involves planning an assassination!

Working in school is a bad thing in Assassination Classroom because the students face constant danger. Koro-sensei could easily retaliate if they fail (luckily, he鈥檚 mostly a sweetheart).
