Check if the email associated with your Epic Games account is verified. Sometimes 2FA won't work if it isn't.

Restart the game and your device. Sometimes a good old reboot solves the problem!

Try resyncing your authentication app's time settings. Even a slight time drift can mess up 2FA codes.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? No seriously, disable 2FA and then re-enable it. Worked for me!

Make sure to use the correct authenticator app. Epic Games suggests using Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.
