Hulu just doesn't have the rights. You'll have better luck on Funimation or Crunchyroll.

As a longtime fan, I've always found Black Butler on Funimation. If Hulu's not your friend, try there!

Streaming rights can be a real pain in the neck. Hulu just doesn't have 'em. But hey, Funimation and Crunchyroll do!

I think Hulu's more into family sitcoms and reality shows. Black Butler's probably too dark for their taste.
