Fortnite was yanked from the App Store because Epic tried bypassing Apple's 30% fee by offering direct payments. Apple didn't like that one bit!

From personal experience, I can tell you that when Epic Games offered a way to buy V-Bucks directly, it violated Apple's policies. Thus, no more Fortnite on the App Store!
