Make sure you're on the latest version of the game. Updates often fix bugs with cloud saves.

Sometimes the game just needs a good ol' restart. Close the app, reopen it, and try the cloud save again.

First, make sure you're connected to a stable internet connection. If that's fine, try logging out and back into your EA account.

Cloud saves can be finicky. Maybe your device's storage is full? Clear some space and give it another shot.
