If your screen's red, you're probably low on health! Use a medkit from the Fabricator or find one in the wild.
Get outta the water and into your base! Usually, this happens when you're injured or running out of oxygen. Patch yourself up pronto!
Could be low health or you're inside a hot biome like the Lava Zone. Be careful and keep an eye on your health bar!
