Just be patient. Sometimes characters take their sweet time showing up. Keep playing and they'll come eventually.
If you're not getting new characters, you might need to complete certain challenges or missions. Some characters only unlock after you meet specific in-game criteria!
New character issues? Double-check you're playing on the right game version. Some versions might not have the latest fighters!
