Mortal Kombat was removed from HBO Max due to the end of its streaming rights agreement. Licensing contracts often limit how long movies stay on a platform.

From my understanding, they took it off because the streaming rights expired. Happens all the time with movies on streaming services.

It's simple: licensing rights. HBO Max's deal to stream Mortal Kombat ended.

They pulled it because the licensing deal expired. Studios and platforms shuffle content around all the time.

If you're a Mortal Kombat player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Mortal Kombat essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
