In BitLife, adoption can be tricky! Make sure you're at least 18 years old, financially stable, and have a good relationship with your partner (if you have one). Some countries in the game also have stricter adoption rules!

Might sound obvious, but you gotta be financially stable and not have a criminal record. Game's all about making you earn that happy family life!
For me, solving the adoption issue was all about checking my character's stats. Max out your karma and health, keep your finances in check, and stay out of trouble. Once I did that, adoption went smooth like butter.
Adoption can be blocked if you're too young or if your character has a criminal background. Clean up your act and try again!
