Why won't Geometry Dash load in version 2.11?
Could be a device issue. Geometry Dash is pretty chill and doesn't usually have these problems unless it's something with your phone or tablet.

Just reinstall it, trust me. I had the same issue and nothing worked until I just deleted and reinstalled. Make sure your progress is backed up though!
