Your American Express gift card might not support international transactions, which SHEIN requires. Check the card's terms.
Just a heads up, SHEIN only accepts Visa, MasterCard, and a few other options. American Express isn't on the list.

I've had this problem before, and it turns out SHEIN doesn't support American Express gift cards. I switched to a Visa gift card, and it worked perfectly!
