Make sure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input. Try switching between HDMI ports if you have multiple.

Check if the HDMI cable is securely plugged into both the PS5 and the TV. Sometimes a loose connection can be the culprit.

Try using a different HDMI cable or a different TV to see if the problem is with the cable or the TV itself.

Update your PS5's firmware and your TV's software. Compatibility issues can pop up if either device isn鈥檛 up-to-date.

If it's still not working, you might be dealing with a faulty HDMI port on either the PS5 or the TV. It's rare but it happens.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
